Mobility work is a large contributor to decreasing pain, creating a more capable body and strong aferente feedback. Lets get to work! This workshop is incredibly simple and effective. We'll start off with breath practice to get the nervous system on board, mobility to connect the body to the mind and muscle recruitment. Followed by a liberating flow and guided recovery. Spine & lower body focus.
