200 Hour POWER TEACHER TRAINING

Embark on a journey of self discovery, make lifelong friends, find enthusiasm in learning about the body, mind and spirit, and leave with the tools you need to be a knowledgeable and compassionate yoga teacher. Natasha Snow Needles, co-owner of SoHo Yoga, leads the training with a welcoming presence that sets the tone for a loving kindness practice during the 10 weeks together (and beyond!). Many other amazing SoHo teachers lead different portions of training allowing you to experience multiple perspectives and different teaching styles.
