In this workshop, we’ll use yoga, facial rolling, meditation and sound to honor some of the ways grief shows up in our lives. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, experiencing a death, loss or transition in the non literal sense, or simply want a place to process any hard-to-hold emotions, all of it is welcome here. In short, no one will be checking your “grief card” at the door. If you feel called to join, this is meant for you.
