Location: Selva Armonia in Uvita, Costa Rica (stunning, mountainside, luxury eco-resort set in the jungle with jaw-dropping sunset poolside views/yoga shala and elegant accommodations)

Unpack, reorganize and reassemble your being with inspiring and informative workshops, nourishing nature excursions to waterfalls, beaches and the jungle, and lots and lots of time for processing and rest.
